    - n. 4 pressure ratio - hydraulic pressure: 16 > 273 BarSmall-sized single-acting air-oil booster for operating systems at up to 273 bar. It is operated by supplying air to the pneumatic circuit by means of a 3-way valve, with pneumatic piston return provided by a strong coil spring. Its treated aluminium construction and chromed steel hydraulic piston ensure durability and a large number of high-speed cycles. The hydraulic circuit is connected to a clear oil container for automatic leakage compensation and easy visual checking of the oil level. The instantaneous force which can be repeated with high precision, the 4 intensi cation ratios available, the 3 oil outlets and the automatic air bleed function make this booster a reliable, safe device for use on production equipment.

The device also features 5 oil outlets, automatic air bleeding and high instantaneous force which can be repeated with precision.     Moltiplicatori aria-olio a doppio effetto di grandi dimensioni per azionamenti fino a 448 bar. Il funzionamento avviene immettendo aria nel circuito pneumatico con valvola a 5 vie. La costruzione in alluminio trattato, il corpo idraulico in acciaio e il pistone idraulico in acciaio cromato, assicurano una lunga durata ed un elevato numero di cicli ad alta velocità. Al circuito idraulico è collegato un contenitore trasparente d’olio per la compensazione automatica delle perdite e per un facile controllo visivo del livello olio. L’elevata capacità d’olio a disposizone, la forza istantanea e ripetibile con precisione, i 4 rapporti di moltiplicazione disponibili, le 5 uscite d’olio previste e lo spurgo automatico dell’aria fanno di questo moltiplicatore un valido strumento sicuro e affidabile per le attrezzature di produzione.
